As a child, one of the most thrilling activities was launching homemade paper airplanes. We crafted them ourselves, and watched eagerly as some soared far and others fluttered more modestly. It was an engaging and entertaining pastime that could easily consume hours. The most inventive among us added all sorts of modifications—tails, fenders, and other features reminiscent of real aircraft. Although these additions often slowed down the flight or prevented it from soaring as far, they never diminished our enthusiasm. I often find myself longing to revisit those carefree days and send a paper airplane on its imaginative journey through the skies once more. While we can’t turn back time, we can still relive that joy—simply by launching another paper airplane and embracing the fun.
